She currently works at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Education at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. She is a member of a team implementing service-learning at MBU from 2013. She is interested in Social and Personal Responsibility, Trait Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture research and research in service-learning impact on students’ development. Her current research projects are ‘Theoretical and Empirical Analysis of Emotional Intelligence Models Complementarity in the Cognitive, Biological, and Socio-cultural Context’ and ‘Psychological Approach to Creation, Implementation, and Verification of Educational Leader´s Competence Model Development’. She was a team member of ERASMUS+ project SLIHE (Service learning in higher education – fostering the third mission of universities and civic engagement of students) and now is a team member of ERASMUS+ project SLUSIK.
