Stefan has been working as a teacher for about 30 years. He worked as an inclusive teacher and later as an English and Music teacher at a secondary school in Vienna. In addition to teaching, he studied Pedagogy at the University of Vienna. At the moment he is teaching 5. to 8. grades. He is a member of the school development team, focusing on collaboration and co-teaching at his school. He also holds a coaching for practice teaching in inclusive education at the University of Vienna.
