She works at the Faculty of Education of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. She is an expert in the field of leisure pedagogy and education for marriage and parenthood and its participation in formal and non-formal education. In practice, she also works as a teacher in the field of education for marriage and parenthood (for pupils, teachers, parents) and a trainer of service learning. She participated in the preparation of various documents (eg Education and training of children and youth to volunteer in schools and school facilities through the learning service, 2018). Since 2013, she was part of the team that implements strategic service learning at UMB. In 2015, as a member of the author’s team, she received the UMB Rector’s Award for the university textbook “Service learning. Innovative learning strategy”. She is a member of the Slovak Society for Planned Parenthood, a member of the Volunteer Center.
